If I were you, I would never buy a car from this dealership. I purchased my car in February, and my friend came with me. She asked Tim to add coolant before I drove it home, but he said they didn't have any coolant available. By July, my car had to be taken to the shop, where I was told the entire engine needed to be replaced. My car spent the entire month of July in the shop, and I ended up paying over $1,000 in expenses in just one month. When the problem first happened, I called and was told someone would call me back, but that never happened. Earlier this month, I left a review and received a call asking me to remove it because Tim was out and, according to the person I spoke with, he, his child's mother, and their child all had mono. While I understand that emergencies happen, that doesn't excuse the lack of communication or follow-up. Once again, I was told I would receive an update about my car, but I never heard back. The communication has been extremely poor, and my experience has been very disappointing. Based on what I went through, I would strongly encourage anyone considering buying a vehicle here to be cautious. I hope sharing my experience helps someone else avoid the same situation.
