Dwayne was great to deal with. Car had new tires and battery for the sale (something other dealers refused to do for me). He was honest about rebuilt status, showed pictures of previous damage, and while that tarnishes the resale value, I drive my vehicles till they can't anymore. Car was on-par with market prices, maybe a hair more for the dealer side of things then say, a private sale. Overall very satisfied and Dwayne never pressured us during the process. Will definitely steer friends here when they need a vehicle. Saints auto doesn't offer in house financing, we had to find our own beforehand.
Great place! I've never had a positive experience buying a car before going to Saints. Dwayne is a great guy and it shows in the way he treats his customers and his staff. I bought a 2024 crosstrek from him at a great low haggle/no hassle price and its driven like new since. My wife and I couldn't be happier.
I purchased a 2017 Subaru Outback last year, the owners treated me exceptionally well, the even filled the tank of the car without me asking before I left. Great people will be doing business with them again
Bought a used camper from this place. I was told the camper had been winterized, it was not. Had to replace every house and faucet that is in the camper, which cost me $3000. Also had to replace and electric thing because the lights were dimming really bad, another $200. Now the heat isn't working, God knows how much that'll cost. Do not recommend that anyone buy anything from this place! Problems never seem to end with this camper and the camping season has just begun. I will be reporting this place to the better business bureau tomorrow morning!
Was hoping it would be a good experience but it wasn't the car spent more time in the shop than any vehicle I have owned and was charged $1600.00 in labor alone (another $500.00 for 2 hoses and a thermostat) for an issue that the owners son couldn't fix I'm assuming I was being charged for him to play mechanic and watch YouTube videos. I took the car to another mechanic and the issue was fixed in 2 hours and only cost $500.00. I would be very cautious if you go here and if you are able to have another mechanic look the car over first please do I did talk with the owner several times and even after he admitted he was wrong about his son's knowledge of vehicles he still never offered any money back for all the hours of labor I was charged while his son was doing who knows what since the vehicle was never fixed. It hurts my heart to have to leave this review but as a Christian I couldn't take money from someone for a job undone the way this business did and not have it bother my conscience. Update the "new" thermostat they charged me for and said they put in was sticking and had to be replaced along with the airbag they bought off eBay is defective as well please when you drive by this place floor it and save yourself the headache.
