Fantastic dealership! Joe was such a wonderful salesperson to work with - he found us the exact model HR-V we were looking for and did so extremely quickly. He helped us get a great price and the entire process was smooth and seamless. He was incredibly responsive, friendly and kind and it’s because of him that we drove nearly 2 hours (each way) to get a vehicle from here as opposed to a dealership much closer to home. In addition, Mark (finance) helped make the entire paperwork process painless and was a joy to speak with. Additionally, when we arrived today, we were warmly greeted outside by Robinson (sales) and wow - that was such a great welcome and introduction to the place for us. Lastly, the dealership was immaculately clean, comfortable, had a nice selection of coffees, teas, cocoa, water, etc. 10/10 - we HIGHLY recommend this Honda dealer. I don’t think we’ve ever had such a pleasant and efficient experience buying a vehicle. Thanks so much!!

I never post reviews, but after dealing with several car dealerships in the past year due to needing cars for my husband, daughter, son, and self, I have to express my satisfaction with my experience at Berlin City Honda yesterday. Car shopping is exhausting between looking online to find the perfect car, only to discover that “it just sold” multiple times at multiple dealerships each time I found one I liked, to the wheeling and dealing and hours spent in-store. However, this is NOT the experience I had at Berlin City Honda. My salesman was Kai, who was extremely personable and attentive to us. I believe he even apologized to us at some point for checking in so many times while we waited for the financing to be sorted out. Lol. Speaking of financing, the finance manager, Mark, was very helpful and friendly, and we ended up getting a great deal on the warranty we purchased. Once we finished the purchase, Kai and his fellow salesman, Robinson, who didn’t even have a stake in our sale, were so kind and we stayed a few minutes chatting with them. They even obliged us with a picture! The whole process was very smooth, low pressure, and made a tedious process seamless and enjoyable. After years of driving cruddy old rustbuckets, I decided it was time for a new car; something efficient but still fun to drive and with a decent amount of room. I did quite a bit of research and decided on a new 2026 Honda Civic hybrid hatchback, specifically in the Touring trim with the eye-catching Boost Blue paint and gray interior. The problem? No Honda dealer nearby had one exactly like that in stock. I inquired via Berlin City Honda's website about procuring one for me, and Brandon H. responded very quickly. He and the Berlin City crew were quite friendly and professional throughout the entire process with a no-pressure, no-hassle approach. I've got my bright blue Civic now, and I couldn't be happier. I'd highly recommend Berlin City to anyone shopping for a new car.

I was particular, frugal, determined and well educated before committing to any long term investments. I thank Brandon for his time and dedication to my questions and concerns. The process was smoother then expected even with such a high anxiety person like myself, I’m thankful for the patience and understanding I was given.
