Best car shopping experience ever. No pressure, very professional. We had actually showed up just before closing not realizing it was so close to closing and they stayed late and let us look over the inventory we wanted to check out and even test drive a couple of them. I would highly recommend if you were looking for a used car to go to OTM because I believe that this is one of the best places ever to purchase a car. This dealership is friendly, cost-effective, and they stand by their sales. Minor issues have come up with my "new" (11 year old car) and this dealership has gone above and beyond to accommodate and stand by their 30 day, 1,000 mile warranty. VIP was ready to charge me $1,400 for a fictional problem, but OT made sure that I was not taken advantage of. I do wish the car had been gone through a little bit better pre-purchase to avoid some of the back-and-forth, but I recognize that this is a small dealership that is doing their best to sell reasonably priced cars and still make a profit. I would return for their honesty, friendly communication, and the price point.
