One of my best car purchasing experiences. Out of state buyer here, called in the am and requested a video of the undercarriage of the vehicle. Jack was responsive and provided a video within 30 minutes. My wife and I drove out, test drove the vehicle that day. Jack kept the place open past normal business hours to accommodate us. Sales approach was laid back and we appreciated just being able to make our decision without being pressured. Jack even recommended a fantastic place for us to go have dinner in Portland after our purchase. Overall a great experience and would travel to purchase from them again.

I was a total pain while waiting for this car to get the finishing touches before picking it up, I was a bit excited 🤷‍♀️ The whole process was pretty quick as I had taken care of what I could over the phone. They were great and even called me a little over a week after pick up to tell me some new tires had come in and I could go back anytime and have them put on.

Car and Car Buying Experience- Great! I love the car and buying the car was a very smooth process Warranty Issues/ Service after Purchase- Sucked. Vehicle day 1 had a suspension fault. Shop said they would get it back in to fix. When I got home, there was a major oil leak. When I brought it in, they were able to fix the oil leak and there mechanic explained it all to me. He also said they have to order new suspension sensors and they would let me know when they were in. After 2 weeks, I checked back in and they said the sensors were on back order. After another week, I called local dealers of the brand of vehicle I bought and they had the part needed next day and had had the parts available for sometime. I proceeded to wait another week to hear back from shop with no response. After some time, I messaged saying how I was able to get the parts from a local dealership and miraculously the parts were in their shop! I scheduled a time to have work done, and night before messaged to make sure everything was still good to go. They responded with can we reschedule and if you do we will give you a restaurant gift card. I agreed and rescheduled. After picking vehicle up from shop, I was not given or even mentioned about the gift card. Their mechanic is very good and great at explaining the issues and the fix. The sales department needs some work on after the sale of vehicles. Almost 3 month process….
