I have been a customer for about eight years and have always been satisfied by the work performed on my car. My best experience was in the past month when a part that I purchased did not fit and I was not charged anything, even though there was labor costs incurred before determining that the part did not fit. Instead, I was asked to return when I had received a replacement part. I did, and I was amazed at how little it cost to install. Great customer service, competent mechanics, and reasonable prices.

Would recommend!! I drive a Mercedes GLC 300 and super nervous to have anyone work on her. These guys have always taken good care of me.

Natik was great. I screwed up and forgot to register my car and he’s still was willing to work with me and be patient. Great experience all around highly recommend.

Do not trust this mechanic!!!! I was loyal to Merlin‘s for years…. Every time I would bring my car to this place not too far after something else would need to be fixed. I was a little suspicious, but didn’t think anything of it until recently. I brought my car in to get my brakes checked and supposedly they “fixed them”. Not until a little less than a month later did I realize that they didn’t tighten the bolts all the way and my car had been slowly leaking fluid that whole time, resulting in my brakes completely failing and me almost getting in a crash. Not too long after, my steering wheel started acting funny, So reluctantly, I brought it into Merlin‘s and again they supposedly “fixed it”. A week later my steering wheel locked up and I couldn’t turn. Come to find out my power steering fluid was completely empty ( I have never had this issue before, I have checked). Resulting in again, almost getting in a crash… Not to mention those guys smoke in the shop and my car smelt like cigarettes for a week after… Yikes…. Don’t risk it…
