Where is Arundel Motor Sales located?
2204 Portland Rd, Arundel, ME 04046What do customers say about Arundel Motor Sales?
These guys were fantastic! I started out needing to rent a UHaul, which they're a location for and on the rental website from UHaul. Saw how they were treating the customers who were there getting car repairs done, when I was picking up the rental truck, which was great. There were a couple people in there on a late Friday afternoon and the repair team was taking their time to explain and help them. I ran into a situation, not related to the great truck rental, but let's just say these guys are really helpful and go out of their way to make sure customers are treated well! They go above and beyond. So refreshing to have honest, nice, quality customer service!
The Tow service fielded my call' and helped guid my wrecked car home' even though I bought nothing from them " the owner of the business still helped me and walked me through what I should in a emergency situation after being rear ended and stranded in North Carolina ' 11pm ish and he answered promptly and guided me to the collision center that would care for my car properly ' 10/10 recommend for service! Sales! And vehicle recovery ! Just excellent customer service
Took my Acura RDX in because my “ Engine on” light was blinking. Of course I feared the worst. Turned out to be an easy, cheap fix but my car did not pass inspection because I needed all new tires🙁. No worries they said; we have a tire guy, I’ll bring your vehicle there and have tires put on for a good price. So they did and the total price was very reasonable. Brought vehicle in at 11:00 and had back around 5:30 ( they even stayed after closing to wait for me to pick it up). So yeah, super happy with my new auto shop and definitely will return. Thanks guys!
I found out about Arundel Motor Sales after they towed my vehicle due to a parking issue at my apartment complex. It turned out I needed work done on my vehicle anyway, so they gained a new customer. Great people, great service, and they got me in and out in a fair amount of time.
My wife and I bought a vehicle from here was amazed at how clean it was once we had it looked over. The transaction was smooth and employees were great
