House of Cars Louisville

I was in need of a vehicle since my car had a blown engine so I was looking online and saw one I really liked at House of Cars in Louisville, KY. And the salesman Sean was able to take care of me I wasn't able to make it in to the dealership since it is over 200 miles from my home and had no vehicle. He was able to take photos and do a virtual walk around and went through the vehicle and started it up and opened the hood and let me see it like I was there. I and we closed the deal and just want to thank Sean and everyone at House of Cars for their help.

Went with my friend to help them pick out a new car, staff was helpful, friendly, patient, and had good service, they have a good selection and seem trustworthy, with some good finds and good prices. the Car my friend bought runs well, and they checked the battery, and offered to replace it if it didnt hold a charge, as the car had been sitting for a bit. runs well and has no issues so far! can recommend!

Just bought my second vehicle from house of cars, Alex and Woody made the transaction. Very smooth and no stress. Alex is a reputable person and they have a lot of cars to choose from depending on your budget. You can definitely buy with confidence and he allowed me to put a down payment on the car take the car home the same day so that really helped my situation!!!

Saw a 2017 sonic on car gurus called them they said 1 owner very clean no accidents.I drove 3 hours 1 way as so I got out of my car and you could see from a distance the car was 2 different colors the driver side has been painted and the paint color is horrible. The car was advertised at 10995 it is maybe a 4000 dollar car it cost me 250 dollars in gas to look at a false description. Buyers be really carfull. By the way nobody ever came outside to see if they could help me. .
