The whole team at 5 star motors were great. I was able to test drive several cars before deciding to get an Elantra in my favorite color, blue. The entire process took two hours. This was by far the fastest and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I will definitely be buying any future cars from here. Thank you guys so much!

Bought a BMW from there recently and it’s been great. As an automotive technician, I’m very particular about mechanical issues. Although is a BMW, there have been none that alarm me. I highly recommend this place to purchase a vehicle due to their transparency, honesty, and easy to purchase process. Great people, great place.

I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a dealership. I went in to look at a Toyota Corolla for my mom. I liked the car, but I made it clear she still needed to come see it before making a final decision. Even so, I asked for a simple out-the-door price so I could review everything with her. Instead of providing a proper printed breakdown like any professional dealership should, the salesperson refused and said they couldn’t print anything unless financing was finalized. That makes no sense. He ended up scribbling numbers on a sticky note, which is a huge red flag when you’re dealing with thousands of dollars. Then I noticed a $499 “doc fee,” which is absolutely ridiculous for a used car. When I questioned it, a man who seemed to be the owner came over and immediately got rude and defensive. Instead of explaining the fee or treating me with respect, he told me to “go around and suffer” at other dealerships. When I said I didn’t pay anything close to that when I bought my truck, he demanded I show proof like he didn’t believe me. Completely unprofessional. This place lacks transparency, respect, and basic customer service. If this is how they treat someone just trying to get information, I can’t imagine how they treat you once they have your money. Take your business somewhere else
