Buying from Carvana was incredibly easy. Everything was online and to save a little money we picked up the car from them. Watching the machine do its thing was fun. So far, very happy with the purchase.

I can honestly say I’ve never spent this much money without talking to a human but now that I’m through the process, this has been the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. From being able to set up very specific search requirements that delivered cars to my email and app that I was interested in for a few months and then pouncing on my unicorn once it finally came up! I purchased a Mustang convertible with the exact color, mileage, price, and trim level package that I was looking for. The purchase process itself was easy and only took minutes. The seven day return period was great and allowed me to have my mechanic check it out. I got the registration in the mail later that month and that was also seamless. I highly recommend this to anyone that dreads the car buying process.

Very easy to go online and get a quote for your vehicle, set up an appointment and go in and hand over the keys and title, then receive our check. This was an easy and painless process. We received about $2,000 more than what we would have received if we would have traded in our vehicle from the dealer, but we got about $1,000 les than if we would have tried to sell it on our own. The pros out way the cons, so in the grand scheme of things Carvana made it very easy to sell your vehicle and I would do it again just so I don't have to deal with selling it on my own.

The car was actually better than described, pickup was smooth and painless. We were able to inspect the vehicle but not test drive it. It was clean, it has brand new Michelin tires, and over a half tank of fuel. The staff helped us with setting up some of the features, and was honest with us about not being knowledgeable on Audis. 4 stars - we have to go and have it state inspected, I've never had to do that at any other dealership 😐. No test drives😐. Overall a good experience, but there's room for improvement.

their attitudes are trash. i'm writing this from the lobby. I had an appointment, i arrived & stood around waiting for 10 minutes. knocked on a door because I heard voices. Bree comes out with a MAJOR ATTITUDE, like i knocked on her bedroom door. She needs training...an attitude adjustment... time off... something. I asked for the manager, I'm spending too much money & time to deal with that. Reider explained the policy which i had no issues with (signing my signature before verifying certain things on the car, weird but their policy is their policy) my issue was NEVER the policy but her crappy attitude. do better.
