We recently sold a car here and it was a great experience. I was offered an amount on line that I felt was fair. The women that helped us were very friendly and helpful. The department is very busy but you never know it from their attitudes. Would definitely sale here again.
I highly recommend CarMax. I sold my car today to them as a cash transaction, i.e., this was not a trade-in. I started the process online, made my appointment and arrived with the documents they require. The entire process took just over an hour, they kindly kept me apprised and moved things quickly through their system. I had overestimated my mileage, so they adjusted the offer to a better price than what I had been quoted online. This was a pleasant surprise, and I left with check in hand, a very happy customer.
