Former Hyundai Building now Oxmoor Certified Used Cars. Roland Parr always top notch customer service. My family have purchased and/or leased dozens of cars both new and used from this group. I recently had an issue with a car I bought almost 2 years ago and Roland took care of it. I am mist greatful. These guys are the first and only place to find the best deal and best service!

I purchased a car today from Labed. The entire process from beginning to end was unlike my negative experiences of the past in regards to acquiring a new vehicle. When it came time to get a final number in dollars and cents, I appreciated the fact that Labed didnt add any unnecessary fees most dealers tack on. If youre in the market for a new vehicle, definitely try Oxmoor Toyota. Great cars and great staff!

I have bought 3 cars from this group (specifically cdjr & ford) over the past couple years and have always had a 10/10 experience. Bradley at the ford lot was an amazing salesman and got us in our dream car!

I had a car service appointment and an air bag recall test yesterday. I dropped off my car, and a team member told me to wait about 2.5 hours in the waiting room. I asked if I could head home, but he mentioned they don’t offer that service anymore since last year. So, I had to wait a bit, but they finished my car service and check-up a little earlier than expected.

I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before doing business with Oxmoor Auto Group. My son purchased his first vehicle, a 2016 Chevy Camaro, from them, and within just 20 days the engine threw a rod. After taking it to a mechanic, we were informed that an additive had likely been used to temporarily mask rod knock, which is extremely concerning. When we reached out to the dealership, they refused to assist in any way, hiding behind an “as-is” sale, even though the vehicle came with a 3-month, 3,000-mile limited warranty. He was only about 600 miles over the limit due to normal commuting between home and work, yet they showed zero willingness to work with us or even meet us halfway. The response we received was essentially a professional version of “you’re on your own.” This situation is made even worse by the financing process, which was already a frustrating experience. At the end of the day, this dealership made it very clear that once they have your money, they are no longer interested in you as a customer. No accountability, no integrity, and no concern for doing the right thing. If you are in the market for a vehicle, new or used, do yourself a favor and go somewhere that actually values its customers.
