I've been an Olathe Toyota customer for 5 years now, and I've been lucky enough to purchase two vehicles from them. They are never pushy and do an excellent job of listening to what I need and helping me get there. They also have an amazing service department and honestly just make anything that has to do with my vehicles extremely easy to deal with.
We bought a used Highlander from Olathe Toyota recently. We dealt with a young sales consultant by the name of August Unverferth and the used car manager, Casey Williams. We found them to both be nice guys and easy to deal with. They were not pushy sales types and we appreciated that. The vehicle is everything that was advertised and in good shape. So far, we love the vehicle and have really enjoyed our dealings with the folks from Olathe Toyota. I would definitely buy through them again and would recommend to anyone that is looking to buy a quality vehicle!
