My experience buying a car at McCarthy Hyundai was incredible. The entire process was fast and easy. My salesperson, Michael Dixon, was truly invested in me; he listened to my needs, answered all of my questions, and made the experience as smooth as possible. Financing was a cinch, and they were never pushy or trying to sell me products and services I didn't want. When a minor glitch came up during the process, they fixed it immediately and professionally to my complete satisfaction. The sales manager, Adam, was extremely responsive to the issue. That kind of customer care reinforces my belief that this is an honest dealership and confirms that I made the right choice purchasing from them. Jordan & Ruben were great help. I feel like they really worked with me. I’m very happy with my Palisade. I thought the staff was great. The only reason I'm changing it from a 5 star to a 4 star is because of the Resistall 360 that I paid $1500 for. I had it done on my Bronco at Ford three years ago and the ceramic coating was amazing and still is today. McCarthy's coating is so bad it's just like they washed it and didn't even put one on. I complained and they redid it with pretty much the same result. I would suggest not paying for the Resistall 360 and have a ceramic coating professional put on. You will see a big difference.
