In Motion Auto

I recently purchased a car and the A/C was not working properly. It was blowing hot air. The radio would not shut off even after turning the car off and taking the key out of the ignition. I was scheduled to drop the car off at In Motion Automotive on Wednesday, May 6th, but on May 5th the car wouldn’t start. I had it towed to In Motion. Tony was absolutely amazing and very helpful. He called to confirm if the radio in the car was the same one that was in it when I bought it, and I told him yes. He thought the radio might need to be replaced with a factory unit, and I told him that was fine. Wednesday morning Tony called with great news. He fixed the radio without having to replace it! He did let me know the A/C repair was not covered under the warranty and would be $125. I was upset since I had just purchased the car 40 days ago, so I contacted the dealer for clarification. Bottom line: I got both the A/C and the radio fixed. The A/C blows ice cold now. Tony was professional, communicative, and honest the whole time. I will be using In Motion Automotive for ALL my car repairs and needs.

These guys are five star all the way through all the way from Tony down to the mechanics! Had a great experience and I'm definitely going back I need more work done! You should try these folks they're top notch!!

The team did great!!! Miriam was amazing, she made it one of the smoothest purchases I’ve had in a while. Everyone in the office was very hospitable and kind. They are one of the best teams I’ve worked with!

In Motion is absolutely fabulous. David, owner and operator, is honest, fair, and would never take advantage. (saying this as a woman). Rick, Lead Tech Mechanic, is equally fabulous. He loves working there and it shows. They took very good care of my 2017 Buick Enclave. I've gone there twice now. 1st was just to change a fuse. Which David didn't even charge me for. 2nd was for an oil change. Got me in an out very quickly. Didn't try to upsell me. I'm not going to go anywhere else from now on.

Needed new tires, got a great quote, promptly ordered and ready to schedule for service. No back end changes on the quote. I hate waiting in line when Ive went thru the trouble of making an appointment. My truck was in the shop and up on the lift within minutes. Overall great experience.
