He took the time to ensure everything was handled perfectly and went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. Adrian Thomas, the Lincoln Brand Champion, was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the vehicles. He walked me through every detail with patience and enthusiasm, making sure I fully understood all the features and felt confident in my decision. His expertise and dedication truly elevated the experience and made it feel personalized rather than transactional. Sam Othman, the Business Manager, made what is typically the most stressful part of the process feel easy and straightforward. He was transparent, efficient, and very respectful of my time, answering all my questions thoroughly and ensuring I was comfortable every step of the way. On top of that, he was genuinely funny and kept the whole experience lighthearted, which made a huge difference. After having some truly terrible experiences at other car dealerships in the past, this was a complete breath of fresh air. Because of this incredible team and the way they treated me, I can confidently say I will never purchase another vehicle from anyone else. I had an an appointment on Friday morning with Patrick at Olathe Lincoln. I previously visited Northtowne Lincoln and let me tell you the customer service at these two locations was night and day. From the time I pulled into the Olathe location, I was instantly greeted and felt welcomed. I have an Aviator which has 3 rows. The salesman that assisted Patrick confirmed that I didn't need a 3rd row rental for the day prior to offering me the Nautilus which is smaller than my vehicle. He stated, "wait until you see this full screen." He was right, that new screen was awesome! Patrick immediately sent me a text after my departure with his contact info in the event I needed to reach him. He also texted me throughout the day with updates regarding my car. At Northtowne, I was only greeted by an older gentleman that was standing in the garage. Even the saleslady didn't greet me. I truly felt discriminated against and would not ever patronize at this location ever again! They had an all black Navigator that I've been interested in, but they will never get another cent from me again. I'd rather visit the Ford dealership closer to my home before I return to them. Upon the retrieval of my car post repairs, it had been washed and had a new fragrance inside. Again, unlike Northtowne. Olathe Lincoln is now my forever dealership. Thank you!

We purchased our Lincoln MKC from Olathe Lincoln in 2017. The service over the years was beyond reproach...which made it THE only dealership to visit for a new car. We stopped by to see the new models and were given the keys to a 2026 Corsair to test drive. Much as we loved our MKC, the refinements of the Corsair, the professional assistance in locating exactly what we were looking for by Corbin Hass, Olathe Lincoln Mgr, the ease in transitioning into the new car by the very knowledgeable salesperson Adrian off without a hitch. Such a laid back, relaxing experience.
