When I returned the next day, he was busy, so Sage stepped in right away instead of making me wait. I really appreciated that they valued my time. I made it clear that I was comparing different vehicles and didn't want to be rushed into such a big decision for my family. They were patient, honest, and never pushy. They answered all my questions, let me explore my options, and made the entire process stress-free. Today I drove home in my brand-new Kia Carnival Hybrid, and I couldn't be happier! We had such a great experience!! What started out as a Facebook Marketplace conversation ended up with us working with the dealership, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Nola Hunter and Noah Phillips were absolutely AMAZING to work with. They were so kind, helpful, patient and PERSONABLE through the whole process and genuinely made everything so easy for us while we figured out our game plan. My husband works long hours and we live over an hour away and they made communication so easy through texts and phone calls, even to our bankers to help make our process easier. We did have another local dealership try to basically steal us as customers, and the way they went about it was honestly pretty rude. It really made me appreciate Nola and Noah even more because they NEVER made us feel pressured or like we were just another sale, all while being confident and efficient. They were determined to work with us and figure out a deal that worked best for our family. They were just genuinely great people to work with and made the whole experience enjoyable. My husband has been pretty much anti-dealership until working with Nola & Noah and that says A LOT lol! 10/10 would recommend them to anyone!! I hope their bosses see this & take them out to a fancy steak dinner because they DESERVE IT!!
