What an amazing experience I had at Olathe Ford Lincoln when I took delivery of my new Lincoln Nautilus! Adrian, my sales representative, made the entire process exceptional. He was kind, professional, and took the time to explain every detail of the vehicle, making sure I understood all of the incredible features before I drove away. Pat, who handled the financing and paperwork, was equally outstanding—as he has been with every vehicle purchase I've made over the years. This was one of the best and easiest experiences buying a car. No one was pushy at all they just truly wanted whatever was best for me. Very quick and efficient. Huge shout out to Noah he was a great salesman and even came in on his day off to see my sale through. I came in without my husband to do the paperwork and financing and Pat was very helpful and answered all my questions. Just took delivery of my 2026 F-250 Diesel Platinum and I couldn't;'t be happier. The entire team, Nate Winter, Joe Stoker and Pat Larkin in finance all made the experience great. I wouldn't buy Ford from any other dealership.

I just purchased my third vehicle from Olathe Ford. During my most recent purchase, (on New Year’s Eve) they were very busy, but between sales and financing, they still took all the time I needed to ask questions and assure that I was taken care of. I drove home in a brand new 2025 Esacpe, and love it. I would recommend Olathe Ford without hesitation.

Will never buy a vehicle from here again nor recommend anyone to shop here. Bought a brand new explorer from this location and bought all the extended warranties. Fast forward to today at an astounding 51,000 miles we have had to replace 2-3 struts on the front passenger and now our rear suspension is completely shot, was told the warranties we purchased won’t cover the work. When calling to ask about an estimate for the repair I was informed I’d be better off buying a front totaled vehicle and pull the entire rear end out as it would be the cheaper option. I just don’t see how a NEW vehicle that costs upwards of 40,000 can be such a POS. Keep in mind this vehicle drives on black top only and only goes 15 miles to work, but yet continues to be worse than any old beat up vehicle I have ever owned. Ford has really left a sour taste in my mouth after the lack of help they have offered to their “valued customer”.
