I was very worried when I went in to talk about trading my truck. My husband bought my truck for me before he passed away. Its been an amazing truck but recently it had started having problems. So after paying about it, I decided to trade it. I don't have very good credit so that worried me too, but when I got there, I was introduced to Walter. After asking me just a few questions, he said he had the perfect vehicle for me. When he brought it up, I knew I wanted it. So I did it. I know my late husband would approve of it. I went down there to buy a new car after my car was totaled in a hail storm. I worked with Kyle for sales and Jeff for finance. The car I picked was located at another dealership. They worked on it and made the trade. Early Monday morning we got a call, our car had been sold to someone else. I will tell you, I was furious. My husband made several calls and I reached out to Jeff and expressed my disappointment. And to my surprise, Tuesday we were sitting in another car, same color, same options.
