I purchased a 2016 Lincoln MKX Reserve from here with Nadea Van Pelt. Super nice gal, I told her what my objective was and which car I wanted and not once did I feel like she had something else on her agenda. The finance guy Chris also helped get me a lower down payment and got me hooked up with affordable gap insurance for my new vehicle. They both were there helping to see it through till after 6 when the location closed. I am super grateful for such a nice experience. Bought a truck in full and a week and a half later it started to shake. Took it to a local mechanic and turns out the whole frame was rusted out. With the frame being rusted through it was causing friction on the front left tire column, and will cause misalignment down the road. Called customer service and due to the fact of it being paid for and the “as is” policy there was nothing to be done. I was certain that buying from a larger “credible” dealership like Dan deer they would have the due diligence to sell and market reliable vehicles, but it seems I have make an experience mistake.
