I am giving 4 stars for Jestina at the Waterloo location. She worked hard to get me the best deal with obstacles coming from the manager negotiating the price. Had to wait for detailing. Jestina had to run and get the title and extra fob that was in the Cedar Falls dealership. I was told the oil had just been changed and noticing on the way home that turned out to not being true. 5 stars to Jestina, she is a great salesperson who isn't pushy and works very hard for her customers.

Brought my truck to the body shop for hail damage. It sat for 10 days with no work being done. I called and was told mine was next in line to have the roof removed for part of the repair. The next day I went to get something out of the truck only to find out that they had farmed out my repair to a third party and they didn’t tell me about ( im sure that was intentional!). When I asked about it I was told “ that’s s industry standard”. I Finally ran out of rental car days and had to get a loaner for the extra days it took to make the repairs. When I got the truck back there was some molding that didn’t line up right. I had them reorder the molding. It came in and they forgot to call me. I won’t use this shop again and I’ll share my experience whenever I get the chance. Also the roof never ended up NOT getting replaced so I’d guess my long wait was to get into the third party’s shop. I still don’t know who preformed the work.
