My first experience with RYDELL service was fantastic. They picked up my truck from my workplace and completed the work while I was there. It was incredibly convenient, as everything was done while I was at work. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. However, I would recommend adding the work order or a description of the completed tasks to the status page. This would make it easier to understand the total cost when it’s given over the phone. Overall, I’m definitely going to continue using RYDELL for my truck service needs!

Our salesperson Ashley was the most dedicated employee we have ever worked with at a car dealership. He came in on his day off to wait for us as we were not arriving until after closing as we were coming from a different state. He was waiting for us when we arrived. He was very thorough, knew the car we wanted and had it waiting for us. He allowed both of us to test drive the car. Shared all the details of the car history along with the Carfax report. I had a great experience with Rydell Chevrolet and their service department. I brought my vehicle in because of a coolant issue, and they quickly diagnosed the problem. They found a hole in the upper coolant hose, replaced it, and got me back on the road with no issues. The entire process was smooth, and the staff kept me informed throughout the repair. My service advisor, Monty, did an excellent job. He was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was taken care of. I really like this dealership and their service department, and I would definitely recommend Rydell Chevrolet to anyone looking for quality service.

Very laid back and relaxed environment. They were super willing to work with me when my car needed $3k in repairs. Walked out that day with a new car that I didn’t just settle for and is affordable. Emil was wonderful to work with. He made a long day very manageable. The service department is incredible as well!
