812 Washington St, Waterloo, IA 50702What do customers say about C&S Mazda?
I had a great experience with Scott and the whole team at C & S Car Co. They made it an easy relaxed process. They were very professional, friendly, organized and helpful. The trade in process was fair and very easy to complete. Things were explained and clear, no surprises. The most relaxed car buying experience I have ever had.
Best Sales PERSON EVER
The new car purchase experience im sure is different than the service/repair experience, but then that's such a cliche right, the dealer does everything, bends over backwards to get you to buy but should you dare bring your vehicle in for a repair and they treat you totally differently. Based on my experience bringing in a Mazda under warranty and after two months its not fixed and sub-par customer service, i would never buy a vehicle from this dealer and my advice to anyone reading this, don't buy or take your vehicle in for service if you can help it. If you do take your car into them for service. i sincerely hope your experience is the complete opposite mine is currently. I'm stuck in a back and forth between Mazda and the Service Department. Conflicting stories that don't add up and at times being told not to call in for an update. Buyers beware and people needing service beware, do business with C& S at your own risk and have zero expectations. Only gave it 1 star because the post wouldn't go thru with zero stars.
Very sketchy sales tactics.
