Sam, the service advisor at C&S Hyundai Waterloo, took excellent care of my daughter when she had car trouble while out of town. Being three hours from home, she needed extra help navigating the repair process, and Sam went above and beyond to make sure she was supported every step of the way. His communication, honesty, and genuine kindness made a stressful situation so much easier for our family. I purchased my new 2023 Elantra N from these guys! I called my salesman Corry, and after some negotiating, I was able to trade my car for payoff and walk away with the N for *UNDER* MSRP. The finance manager, Alex, was very nice/friendly, answered all of my questions, and even gave me major discounts on coverage packages! Overall, it was a very smooth and pleasant buying experience! Highly recommended these guys!

Drove 5 hrs with my brother in law to look at 2020 suburban that my brother in law was looking to buy. webSite stated truck was 4wheel drive. Get there. Truck was nice and looked it over. No seen issues.. asked where the button of the 4 wheel drive for the vehicle. The sales man chris could not find it. I asked did the suv have 4 wheel or all wheel drive and he gave me the deer in the headlights look. So I crawled under the chassis and it was real wheel drive. Told the salesman and Chris then stated. Oh yea its rear drive..🙄 ok... not a real deal breaker. Suv had some dings and dents. But the they dropped the price a bit. He bought it. And while driving. The onstar and dash display for apple play on dash was not working as well as other center display controls. Took it to a local dealer since he got a extra warranty for vehicle. Found the ecm was reading a different vin from vehicle Vin on dash and on door jam and Vin that it called for was a salvage title. On the ad and carfax they gave us. It stated it was a clean title.last time in checked. That is kinda fraudulent. They stated they did not know because they bought it at a dealer auction but They did kinda make it right and bought the suburban back but working at a dealership. They need to put everything out there and know any issues like that on a vehicle before you put on the lot for sale. Will not recommend to go to this dealership to purchase anything vehicle from them.and people ask if they are any good when buying a car. I will tell them...NOPE!!!
