Carrikers Auto Outlet

Great experience buying the 4Runner here. The whole process was smooth and straightforward. Ty was the one who helped me and he was awesome to work with very friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. He answered all my questions and made everything easy from start to finish. If you’re looking for a vehicle, I definitely recommend this dealership and ask for Ty. Really happy with my purchase and the service I received.

Nick and Jay absolutely killed it with their customer service and communication. The process was extremely smooth and effortless. It felt like I was talking to real people and not just car salesmen. I would highly recommend them for any vehicle needs!

Shout out to Ty at the dsm location! Him and his team went above and beyond to help me and my husband get into the vehicle we wanted! Highly recommend to come here for all of your vehicle purchases!

Respectful and willing to work with what you need. All the vehicles are in exceptional condition. The whole experience is very unexpected for a used vehicle dealership.

I had a really frustrating experience with this dealership and would strongly caution others before buying here. I purchased a car, and just 30 days later it was declared a total loss in an accident that was not my fault. What made things worse was everything that followed. From December until April, it took them to process and send the $4,000 service contract refund back to the bank. That delay negatively affected my credit, which is completely unacceptable. Communication was another major issue. Juan, the salesman, was the only person who consistently stayed in touch and actually tried to help. Everyone else either played phone tag or didn’t return my calls at all. It felt like once the sale was done, no one cared. I’m also very skeptical of the positive reviews here. Based on my experience, Nick seemed more focused on making a sale than being honest. I believe there were inaccuracies on my credit application, and it felt like he just wanted to push the deal through regardless of the consequences for me. Overall, this experience was stressful, drawn out, and damaging to my credit. I would definitely think twice before buying from this dealership.
