Update☆☆☆☆☆ She is still driving this car >6+ Years later. Jessi and Bobby at Reliable Motors were super helpful and easy to deal with in helping my daughter purchase her 1st "new"ish (financed) car and leaving her feeling like she got a great deal! Every step of the process was more of a pleasure than a chore! We would do business with them again in a heartbeat when we are in the market again.

Bobby and Deb were great! First time buying a nice car, and had absolutely no knowledge of anything or the process. They were able to explain everything to me so I understood. They were nice, understanding, flexible, and helpful! Got what I needed and wanted from Reliable Motors! Highly recommend this smaller business :)

My truck has had nothing but issues from day one the experience was good at first when my warranty come due on work they have done to my truck Bobby has seemed to have lost his memory about it my truck has been sitting there more than I have been able to enjoy it and drive it and still sitting there he has never gave me a call back to resolve the issue I have Been more patient and more than nice I just want my truck fixed I pay $500 a month or something I can't even drive Plus insurance if I add it all up the months my truck has sat there it has been more than a year all together and never got anything in return to make it right and that's all I asked is to make it right and all I've got is excuses and nothing but excuses and never even a call back to make it right you have claimed to be about your customers but why do I deserve not to have a truck that I paid for still sitting on your lot and at this point I am out $550 in tow bills end over $6,000 in payments all I ask is to please make it right fix my truck and do what you promise from the beginning and be about your customers thank you and I had to hit one star that I didn't want to just to post this post how ridiculous please just make it right Bobby

I must have gotten the one car that was less than advertised. I have had nothing but problems with the car/business. Took car back in to them to replace a part that was only supposed to take 10 minutes, but actually took 2 days - no calls to update us about the car. Said it was a new motor that they put in it and it came with a warranty - Carfax report didn't mention this...I took it home and starting looking at the engine which appears to all be from Wrench and Go. I found the Vapor Canister Purge Valve was superglued together. There is a leak underneath the engine, took it in, they didn't see any leak. I am currently looking into this issue myself. The check engine light came on yesterday with the camshaft position - ordered parts and I'll do the work. I changed the front struts and back shocks. I guess their mechanics of 30 years must have gotten lazy on this car. This business told me they only do mechanic work for their customers only....I wouldn't let them work on my car after this experience. If you don't have the knowhow to fix your own cars, I would spend the extra money and get a car from a reputable dealership.
