Infinity Automotive LLC

My fiancé purchased a vehicle from here and we were stunned at how spectacular our experience was! Customer service was on point, their selection and pricing are top tier and the owner as well as Veronica treated us with utmost respect and kindness; they are great! They definitely work with all credit/incomes. If you need a fairly priced and reliable car, I recommend going here!

If you need service on your vehicle THIS IS THE PLACE!! I recently purchased a car and the transmission went out in less thank 60 days of my purchase. Imagine the grief! I went to infinity and they handled it like a light breakfast! They kept me in the loop with everything they were fixing on. Veronica the receptionist is graceful and kind. Even though I was upset, due to the situation..she was calm and poised and she handled me with so much patience. Thank you! My car is working exceptionally. They even fixed the falling headlight and they didn't even mention that to me. What a pleasant surprise. They've went beyond what I asked them to do, with minimal down town. They will always be my go to for car repairs minor and major. Thanks infinity ♾️ I hope you guys are around forever. Nothing less than amazing work. Oh they even let me catch up on a few zzzzs while I waited. Family friendly goal oriented, kind and hardworking. This is the place to get your car fixed! Don't sleep!

I reached out to Carlos Smith about a vehicle I was interested in and not only did he answer all of my questions but he made the whole process so easy! I definitely recommend going to him if you’re in search of a vehicle, he really was so helpful and his customer service skills were excellent.

Great used vehicles and prices. Great service. Jesus was recommended to me by a friend. My daughter who will be 18, and Jesus worked out a great payment plan that was very affordable for her. He promptly fixed any issues she had with the car since buying a used vehicle anywhere could be a nightmare...but he stands by his vehicles. I have shopped for vehicles as a hobby and he has the best prices, inventory, and is straight up honest , and is a very stand up guy. I am so pleased with how this deal went that I will be going to him for my next vehicle purchaseses. He isn't a scammer, and doesn't take advantage of people. I'm VERY happy I foundation this guy and his car lots...best used car dealer in Des Moines and most of iowa. Update 8/3/2023 5 years later... I am coming back to purchase another vehicle but I am starting with him 1st because of his willingness to and integrity. There are a lot of car sellers everywhere.. but when it comes to making sure my child or myself are safe behind the wheels he is selling and financing for us... It's like having a father or big brother ensuring we are not getting into a hot mess or death trap. You can't buy that kind of thing..

This place scammed us. We bought a car and have had nothing but problems with it. We have had a bad battery, the alternator went out in the first 2 days of having it, the belts and all of the barrings have become bad. We have spent so much money on it and they lied to us. Telling us everything was great. Do NOT recommend them go find somewhere else that doesn’t have their windows covered in cardboard 👍🏼 If I could rate it a -10 I would.
