I bought my car from this place and all I can say is that it’s a great first place to buy a car. The owner was willing to negotiate on price and was a very honest and nice guy. I would 100% recommend buying a car from here. I’m gonna put my car into the shop for a post purchase inspection and update this post but overall I think the cars great! I got a 2012 Mazda 6 with only 98k miles for lowkey cheap!

Super nice people. Stayed late for us on a Saturday, which is phenomenal! Super honest about the trucks condition and on top of all that the entire family was interacted with. Highly recommend.

My brother bought a car from here a year ago, and it’s been great he’s taken it everywhere, even on a trip to Baton Rouge. Buying any car, especially a used one, can feel overwhelming, but the owner was honest and upfront, which made the whole process easy and smooth.

Came to look at a vehicle i was really interested in and would have purchased same day. went to go for a test drive but was told and accompanied by worker that can only go around the block 1 time then was told to park vehicle back in lot when I told worker I wanted to go on the highway was stated that he didnt like his cars to go on the highway no other explainatuon as to why. How are to know how it rides at highway speed while maintaining legal speed limit around a block? Poor customer service and business practice in my opinion. Response to buissiness reply*** I will not remove this reveiw due to i am not ignorant and know exactly which car lot I went. As for you not having any employees. Are you not as owner also considered an employee yourself? Went and looked at your silver 4dr mitsubishi. Just because you have a reveiw up on one day does not mean that that I cam in that same day. The one you have on your website for around 4k. Sat on the west side of your lot backed into the fence. So no I will not remove this reveiw. Have a good day.

My final update: Root cause of the stalling undetermined, transmission is toast and brake fluid got contaminated after recently being flushed. Catalytic converter confirmed dead, but not plugged. I've given up on it, got a better used car (with PPI this time). New car runs like a dream, no stress having to worry about breaking down. The Buick will soon be scrapped. Good riddance. --- Previous update --- For those curious how I'm traveling. Since writing my previous update, I've replaced the power steering pump, right rear brake caliper and rejected costly suspension work. It's now back in the shop as it's randomly stalling. The car feels like some sort of infinite money pit that's constantly taunting me with what neglected item will next break. Do not purchase without an inspection unless you want to be in my position putting good money after bad. I can't believe it's been only 4 months, it really feels like an eternity. --- Previous update --- I've updated my review as it turns out the information I was given by one mechanic regarding the rear brakes was incorrect and they're functional. That being said it isn't exactly smooth sailing, the alternator gave up on me. But regardless in fairness to Roadrunner, I've gone from 1 to 4 stars as much of my upset was weighted on the brake situation which turns out to be basically how it was explained to me by Jeff. Hopefully with the work that's been done now, I'll be good for a little while to come. ---- Old Review --- I purchased a Buick Lucerne from this dealer approximately 6 weeks ago and have come to learn since that there were a number of misrepresentations. For one the rear brakes and rotors were characterized as "Looking new". After consulting with another mechanic as to why the parking brake does not work, his inspection showed the rear brakes to be completely shot. Another representation concerns the state of the fluids, where all fluids were said to look really clean. In person we did inspect a number of fluids, but unbeknownst to me on this Buick, the power steering fluid is nestled quite deeply within the engine bay and later on I found the fluid was anything but clean, which caused the steering to lock up intermittently. While I'm willing to believe the power steering fluid was a mistake, I'm certain the situation with the rear brakes was a deliberate attempt to pull the wool over my eyes given Jeff's evasiveness when I asked about the parking brake. I'm not unfamiliar with the concept of sold as-is without warranty, but that doesn't grant a license to lie about the particulars of the car. It's a shame as otherwise Jeff did seem rather genuine, which is why I overlooked the warning signs and went ahead anyway. The insidious thing is that these are issues which can go undiscovered for quite some time, giving you the impression the car is mechanically sound. Unlike some dubious dealers whose cars leak like a colander and barely make it out of the lot once the sale is closed, you may think everything is going great and sing Roadrunner's praises until months or perhaps even years later the consequences of these actions are felt with costly repair bills or an otherwise avoidable accident. So now I'm left to wonder whether I should cut my losses or press on pouring more money into this. What I've done so far is just addressing the safety of the vehicle, but future longevity is extremely questionable given all the potential gremlins lurking. If you want to avoid ending up in my situation, then consider going elsewhere. If you have the expertise to separate the wheat from the chaff, then you may get a good deal here as the prices are alright, but if you're that smart, you probably aren't buying from a dealer and going direct to an auctioneer or individual seller.
