James Healy was extremely helpful with the purchase of our new CRV. He searched until he found the car we requested. He comunicated with us during the entire process, and made sure all of our questions were answered. James shows enthusiasm in his job and made it a very enjoyable purchasing experience. We recently needed to purchase a new car for my wife. We looked around CR and didn't find much but she was interested in the Honda HRV. We stopped by to find the one we were interested in before they opened. Mark was just coming in to work for the day and had not even taken his stuff in and stopped to help. He was knowledgable and made the process painless and quick as I had to be at work early. John also made the financing easy and quick and was fun to work with. This was our first time purchasing there. Will be back. Through the entire process, they were not pushy on selling anything to us but genuinely wanted to make sure we took home the right vehicle. They gave us a fair deal on the trade in as well. John explained the warranty well and was honest about the costs of repairs and didn't act like Hondas never break. We were loyal customers to Dave Wright Nissan where we purchased several vehicles and due to poor service on several occasions we looked elsewhere this time. We will now be loyal customers!

This was our first time at Randy Kuehl, after working with Josh Walker it will definitely not be our last. I have terrible anxiety especially with car buying, I have never felt so comfortable and also heard. Josh answered all our questions, he did not push and if we had a question he could not answer he found the answer for us. Josh was personable and we both had the best experience we have ever had buying our new Honda CRV hybrid.
