One star for McGrath Sales, specifically Marion VW. 10 star McGrath Ford Service Department Josh Stackhouse Service Adviser and Service Manager Preston Valdez. Despite my vehicle being sold to me with fraud maintenance (bent oil dipstick in the oil pan, worst fluid leaks known to man, parasitic draw, no keys in the key fobs) from McGrath Dodge and McGrath VW in Marion, the gurus at the Ford service department in Hiawatha went 0 to 60 for the past four and a half months it was in the service department. They performed proficiently and professionally despite their hands being tied at the end. Vehicle was returned still needing repairs but I am ultimately grateful for Josh's and Preston's customer service and attention to detail. I would enthusiastically recommend the McGrath Ford Service Department without reservation. Mad thanks also to the techs that have had my truck for the last four months to deal with. Thanks again gentlemen!!
Surprisingly everything was quick and easy! Everyone is also very friendly and make you feel at home! I definitely love my new truck and will be back!
The salesman Carter is very polite. He picked us up from the airport as we had flew in from Tennessee. I test drove the truck back to the dealership. Carter is very knowledgeable about the Ford truck I bought. He answered all my questions. He showed me how connected my phone to the truck. My overall experience was great. Carter even answered a question about the truck after we where already driving back home. I`d recommend everyone looking for a no pressure knowledgeable dealership it's McGrath Ford! Thanks again Don.
This place was great. My dad and I traveled almost 5 hours to purchase a Jeep Wrangler. We found it online and were able to speak with salesman Joe who was great and was ultimately able to make our deal happen. As a first time car owner I felt comfortable and welcomed on the phone with Joe and at the dealership. We were extremely pleased with the support and service from all of the team at McGrath Ford! Joe, Solomon, and Adam from Sales were great, and Marshall and Becca from Finance made this process easy and catered to our needs. We would love to take another trip down for our next car! We would highly recommend!
Good customer service. Helped our company out with a Fleet vehicle breakdown in a out of state job (we were 7 hours from home shop in Minnesota) Rushed our repair job because had to wait for parts. Got us on road by 2pm only thing wished would've been done in am hours so we didn't get home at midnight. Thanks Daniel R Bird Fleet Maintenance Technician Premium Plant Services
