My technician Brett was thorough and professional in his inspection video. The optional complimentary car wash was greatly appreciated. Service was reasonably priced, and the additional recommended services were appropriate, with no extra fluff added.

I previously had a bad experience with Jungee North Liberty but I was surprised with the day and night difference with Jungee Hiawatha. The team is awesome, and Morgan went far and beyond to help me fixing my Mazda. I certainly recommend this place, and I hope they keep up the great work! Huge Thanks to MORGAN!!!
Overall, good experience. We had a part replaced on my car, was completed quickly, and they checked and completed a recall while it was there. I would give 5 stars, but one thing didn't get completely put back together, so I had to make a return trip the next day to get that fixed. However, that was handled VERY quickly, and I was good to go. I was in contact with Alisa during my service, and she was very friendly, courteous and attentive throughout. I appreciate the texts to keep me informed on the status of my service
