Cedar Rapids Toyota

Had Toyota put a new set of tires on my truck. Services was great the waiting area was comfortable. The only issue I had is it took 3hrs to get my tires put on when I had an appointment. I think they were just extremely busy today so I won’t hold it against them. I had tires installed there before and it took half the time so this was probably just a case of being really busy.

Excellent experience at CR Toyota. Exceptional service from the moment I arrived in the heated garage to a friendly welcome at the service desk. Even the janitor went out of his way to engage with me and make me feel comfortable. Spacious waiting area with beverages and fresh popcorn. I was told an hour to an hour and a half. They came to get me at 70 minutes. If I had to wish for anything, it would be plain real cream for my coffee and the opportunity to have my car washed. But what I received was a 5 star experience.

Took my 2025 Tundra in for 5,000 mile inspection and oil / filter change. All went perfect. In and out in less then an hour. Very nice place and nice people. Will definitely recommend both sales and service.

Well, Chris check me in and then when he checked me out, he explained everything they did in my future appointments. He was very thorough and very friendly. And he had him wash my car and it looked very nice but my license plate holder got bent or broken and a gentleman came over and fix that for me and he gave me a new plate holders. What he did so anyway they all did a very nice job. Five star.

Quick and easy oil change. Customer service from staff could have been more approachable and positive but overall quick and painless. Service advisor who came to get me after the oil change made the comment, ‘This wasn’t even my ticket,’ and seemed annoyed to have to work with me to take my card to pay(which took all of 1 minute). I will take it as him having a bad day, but not a great look for service department.
