Where do I even begin? I have been driving a moped for about 10 years and decided that it was time to upgrade to a motorcycle, and I spent a lot of time researching places to go. I decided to take a chance and choose McGrath, and it was the best decision I made. I wanted a very specific bike with a specific color trim (I know super picky right?) I had been hunting it from McGrath and when it was time to pull the trigger unfortunately all inventory had been sold. I reached out and asked for the specific bike I was interested in, and I got a response back super-fast. Mike was the awesome salesman that told me there actually was one being shipped as we spoke and would keep me in the loop the moment it arrived so I could get first dips on it. About a week later, Mike hit me up to tell me the bike had arrived and it was still in the box. I made sure I reserved it asap so no one could beat me to it. The following weekend I headed on down to get the bike. Mike was there to walk me through everything. He did such an amazing job. I showed up with a notebook full of questions and things to look for, almost looked like I was the health inspector checking their business lol. Mike was very patient, taking the time to answer every question I had, took his time to explain everything he knew about the bike and even commented on how impressed he was about how prepared I was. At about halfway through the process, I was given a tour around the shop where parts, and service were carefully explained to me and answered all my questions, again holding onto my handy notebook lol. Finally, when it was paper-work time, Allie was next up. I was blown away at how she took care of me. First off, this was my first big purchase, first big loan, so I had no history before. She was able to work towards getting an approval for me, when at times similar people in my situation would have been denied!! Was even more crazy was the interest rate. Just over 6% when I was expecting over 10 crazy!! I have invested a considerable amount of time to be financially literate and educated on credit, so I knew that was a big deal. When it got to the nitty gritty, she thoughtfully explained potential offers, asked me what was important to me and crafted a deal that worked for what I needed. As I finished signing all the papers, I felt a sigh of relief because the entire experience was better than I could have picture. It was nervous and hectic for me, even though I tried to put a brave face on and they took such good care of me. Thank you to Mike for working so hard to secure the exact bike I wanted and walking me from start to finish with ease. Thank you to Allie for making the numbers work and making it a reality. Thank you Mcgrath for upgrading this guy to one sick set of wheels.

I'm gonna say that I had the royal treatment there. And I like the fact I can go in a dealership and not be pressured. John was an awesome salesman. He told me that he wanted me to get what I felt I wanted. He said something on the line that a bad deal is a bike that you're not going to enjoy. I test rode a few bikes and I totally blew his mind with what I picked, because I don't think he thought I was gonna pick something like that. Allie, the finance director, was a totally down to earth person. She basically got me the deal that I wanted and went above and beyond. And then cody in accessories. He was awesome to work with. He had excellent advice and excellent recommendations, and I ended up getting some accessories as well. If I could give this place more than five stars, I definitely would. When all was said and done I walked out the door with a 2026 kawasaki ninja five hundred. I can't wait to see what working with the service departments going to be like. I recommend if you're in the need for speed or just want a cruiser hit up these guys. They will treat you real good.

I had an awesome experience working with Mike at McGrath Powersports. I actually drove out from Illinois with my family, and he made the entire process smooth, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyable from the start. No pressure, no games…just a solid, real interaction the whole way through. From our first messages, he passed the vibe check immediately. After dealing with other dealerships, the difference was obvious right away. When we got there, he made all of us feel comfortable…including my daughter Lucy. That meant a lot to me. He took the time to really listen to every detail I cared about, answered everything honestly, and never made it feel rushed. You could tell he genuinely cared about the experience, not just the sale. He also has a calm, grounded presence…you feel comfortable and taken care of right away. He was excited for me, and that made the whole moment even better. It didn’t feel transactional at all… it felt like he actually wanted me to leave happy with the right bike. The bike was exactly as described, and Mike went above and beyond to make sure everything felt right before we left. Even after the sale, he followed up, which says a lot. Without sounding like a total bot, I always have a great time and experience when coming here! Mike specifically did a top tier job with both helping find and hooking me up with my Bike!!! From calling me the moment it came in to sending pictures and a video to preview it before getting in to view it. Then between Henry and Ross helping out with finding the gear for me, then Dave chatting with me and answering my questions. Seriously an awesome team! Worked with McGrath Powersports and had a great experience from start to finish. The team was easy to deal with, straightforward, and professional the whole way through.
