My wife and I drove 90 minutes to see a Sienna that had been posted on their website. The car was exactly as described, and the buying experience was actually delightful and fun! I feel as though we not only purchased a car, but we made new friends. Joel and I had a nice conversation about some mutual interests, and Max was super fun to visit with. This was, by far, the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had, and I've been buying cars for over 50 years. For my future car purchases, I will simply text Joel and tell him what I am looking for, and I am confident he will find a vehicle at a fair price. I cannot overstate my satisfaction and praise for this small company. It is the best!

Hey I just wanna give a shoot out to Max! Yesterday was driving down Stevenson and a truck had loose items flying out of the truck bed. A metal grill bounced off the ground and went under my vehicle. It got wrapped around the axel of my back tires. It was scraping the ground blowing sparks. I was scared it since it was so close to my gas tank. I parked at blh and I literally tried everything to knock it loose but it would not budge. So I ran into the dealership, asking for his help. So he walked over with me i kicked the grill and if finally came loose. His presence was felt because it finally snapped apart releasing the grip on my axel. I made sure to shake his ask his and thank him 20 times. I was so appreciative of his presence, because I didn't feel like it was coming off.....great guy

Bought my last four cars from Joel and have no complaints about price or performance of any of them. Went to him this time as I am looking to trade after the first of the year and want a specific make and model. He was happy to begin the search as I was sure he would be.

Myself and my wife had the pleasure of making a long distance ( Massachusetts ) purchase with Joel of a 2012 Ford Escape. Joel was fantastic to work with. No pressure sales and stood behind what he had stated. He worked with the inspector and transport company that I had hired to review and move the Ford Escape. I've made 4 other long distance purchases since we look for very specific vehicles and Joel is at the top of my list.
