Place is an absolute joke when it comes to financing let alone fixing the problems you brought up during the purchase let alone they WILL go back on their word. Did I mention you're dealing with 4 different car salesman at a time so they never have a single clue or idea on what is going on ever. Can't wait to file these reports to the FTC, BBB, Attorney General and more once thoroughly collected and well made. I doubt this place will even be standing aftwards. "It's under warranty" is not a valid response and stumbling on your words when I bring up the cost and monthly payments compared to a vehicle of the same caliber of cost but this one somehow comes out to higher payments is a joke. Take your business to anyone else but Green in general, I learned that finally with this last purchase however that is unfortunately after giving many Green dealerships business over all of these years. This place has corrupt owners, general staff and business overall.
Dropped my car off on the 9th for a diagnostics test. They reported back to me on the 10th and said that they were going to look into the warranty and get back to me that Monday. I waited until Wednesday to call and got a very vague response. I waited again a day or two, called back, and got to run around. He was busy. So my car sat there from the 9th to the 22nd for a diagnostic test. Which I know nothing more than I did before. My car has a new warning light on my Dash going off. Also, underneath the drivers seat, I have cords and a light hanging that wasn't there before. To their credit, since it was going to be a holiday weekend, I requested that they return my vehicle back to me because I was working and they obliged.
