The Auto Connect

I am a Resident Physician and needed reliable transportation to the Hospital. After renting for a week from Urgent Rent-a-car, they referred me down the street to The Auto Connect and now I own a very nice Mercedes. So happy I heard about them, it’s been 3 months now and the car still runs (and even smells) like new!

I just bought two vehicles for my family. Hassan took care of me on price, tax title and plates. These would make 4 cars I’ve got off of him now. I recommend The Auto Connect always.

Looking for a good smaller SUV for my granddaughter and came to look at a few they had on the lot. Found an Subaru Outback that fit our needs. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Once we decided on purchasing he looked over the car again found few other things that we didn't notice that needed fixed and got them taken care of with no extra charges. Would definitely come back again

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. My sister purchased a car from him in January. She left with a low tire pressure notice and no heat which was not found out until after the purchase as the weather got cold after the purchase. She took it to our mechanic and turns out the water pump and timing belt and there was a turbo failure. Mind you, this was within our 15-day warranty of purchasing a vehicle, no matter if it was sold AS-IS, you still get that 15-day window. Hasaan said that he would only fix the water pump and timing belt but NOTHING ELSE. He was rude, he was nasty, and he was snotty. They had it for THREE weeks. She finally gets it back and drives it home with the car smoking and then the check engine light comes on. After numerous conversations, Hasaan agreed to take the car back because he was "tired of hearing about it". She lives 45 minutes away and drives all the way there (with the car smoking) and then is denied the return because he just was not "feeling" it anymore!?!? He saw the video proof of the car smoking on the way and said he did not care. Hasaan is nothing but a slimy car salesman and I would deeply consider your purchase. If it can happen to her, it can happen to you! BUYER BEWARE!! Added note: Here is the car driving on the way back to him when he said he’d refund the car. How many people have their car smoking down the highway? Yet nothing was “wrong”. We’ll see you in court!

I’d give negative if I could. Unlawfully repoed my car. They did give it back after he realized I’d have been sending money via cashapp they set it up that way before I left with the car. But I didn’t get my car back for four days even though they took it at 2:00 am but couldn’t get ahold of anyone for 3 days Wouldn’t let me post the pics but the towing company left ruts in my yard and backed my trash can into the side of the house. After four days of asking where my car was I finally got it back being told my car was now paid off but still didn’t get the title for over a week and every time I asked he said “I’ll send it tomorrow.” He was on vacation… umm how did you plan on sending it the next day then? All the workers kept running me in circles about if I owed or didn’t owe, if my title was even sent out yet or if it was physically still there and then when I physically went to go pick it up (living 2 hours away) I walked in and they laughed at me to my face about their mess up. I was not happy and they had me sign a paper saying I wouldn’t sue in order to get my title. DO NOT DO BUY FROM HERE! Mind you before my car was repossessed not one phone call from this company about my missed payments or a phone call about my backup camera they ordered.
