I had absolutely wonderful time at the Hyundai dealership Darren treated me like family, making sure that I got the best deal possible very comfortable environment. I was totally at ease and extremely happy with my purchase customer for life.

I live about an hour away from the dealership. My sales rep, Gus was able to do a lot over the phone making my trip to the store easy. Before I knew it I was out the door in my new vehicle. I know they worked hard to get this deal done for me due to my circumstances at the time. Would recommend to anyone.

Came into check out a truck that I was interested in from looking at the pictures. Well ended up driving off with it. Went through Cody Melroy on the sell. He had went above and beyond expectations, for a first time buyer. To the finance team, and Cody the explanations and patience they showed was outstanding. If you want someone honest and dedicated to getting something you want and make you feel comfortable with the sale from start to finish, I would highly recommend Cody to work with.

DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE, OR GET IT SERVICED, BEFORE KNOWING THIS. I brought my brand-new 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy to this dealership's service department for its first scheduled oil change. The vehicle had under 6,000 miles and was less than one month old. While in the service department's care, one of their own service drivers collided with my vehicle inside the dealership itself. The service department's handling of the aftermath was as troubling as the incident. I documented everything: dashcam footage of the collision, photos and video timestamped at the scene, and written correspondence. I provided two independent, written repair estimates from separate body shops, both confirming the same extensive damage: front bumper, headlamp assembly, hood, fender, and door shell, all requiring OEM replacement parts, totaling over $13,000. The service department agreed to cover the repair cost, which is the bare minimum expected when your own staff damages a customer's vehicle during a routine visit. But when I raised the separate and well-documented issue of diminished value, the permanent accident record this near-new vehicle now carries, which directly reduces its resale and trade-in value, the service department flatly refused to discuss any compensation. No counteroffer, no acknowledgment of the loss, just an outright refusal in writing after reviewing all of the documentation I provided. A service department causing damage to a customer's vehicle is an unfortunate possibility anyone accepts when bringing a car in for maintenance. A service department refusing to take responsibility for the full consequences of that damage, after being shown clear, independent evidence, is a choice. I escalated this matter to Hyundai Motor America corporate, who acknowledged the case but redirected it right back to this same service department. If you're considering this dealership's service department for any work on your vehicle, know that this is how they handle accountability when their own staff causes the damage. I would not trust this service department with a vehicle I cared about.

I am extremely disappointed with the service department at Green Certified on Stanford Avenue in Springfield, Illinois. To be clear, this review is about the Stanford Avenue service department—not the Green Certified location where I purchased my vehicle. I scheduled my vehicle for warranty repairs more than two months ago, and at that time I was promised that a service loaner would be available for me. Now that it’s time for my appointment, I’m being told they don’t have one available. Because they failed to honor what they promised, I’m now being forced to spend nearly $700 to rent a vehicle for just 5 days. That’s completely unacceptable, especially considering I purchased the highest level warranty they offer. A warranty is supposed to provide peace of mind, not leave customers paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket because of poor planning and broken promises. I expected much better customer service and communication. This experience has completely changed my opinion of the Stanford Avenue service department. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from Green Certified again, and I would strongly encourage others to think twice before relying on promises made by this service department.
