I tried to get my husband to purchase a truck there,but he found one across the street and regretted it ever since. The truck is fine, but the dealership folks are not pleasant in helping him of any questions. Friendly Chevrolet folks is the place to go

What a great experience! My salesman, Bill, was so personable and worked with lenders to get my first choice of vehicles. Bill had no hesitation to answer every question I had for him and let me test drive my vehicle twice to make sure it was a great fit for my needs. Andrew, in the financing department, was also amazing! He made the the paperwork process easy and made great accommodations for my down payment by giving me several options. I didn’t feel pressured into any financing situation and he explained all options for down payments and lender paperwork. I would not have my first choice vehicle if it wasn’t for Bill and Andrew at Friendly Chevrolet in Springfield, IL!!! You have to go see them for the best customer service!

We were so excited we thought we got a great deal…not so much. We bought a Traverse back in July, by June it was in the shop. They “fixed” the problem and it was back in the shop a few weeks later. They had my car in the shop for 8 hours and never even looked at it. We ended up having to take it somewhere else-they fixed it and said Susan’s fixed the wrong thing. Not only did they waste our time, but then I had to have my CERTIFIED car serviced elsewhere, which cost. I also need my brakes done, not even a month off the lot. Susans sure knows how to make a car pretty until you leave the lot and to actually get your car serviced there seems impossible, unless you’re willing to leave it there with no idea when it will be done. I do wanna give a shout-out to MASON! He’s the new service manager there, I sent him a complaint, he called back so we could try to resolve the issues. I’ve NEVER HEARD FROM HIM SINCE. THANKS MASON.

Almost 6 months and I finally make some sort of progress using a warranty I paid for doing purchase. THE LAZIEST SERVICE DEPARTMENT I’VE EVER DEALT WITH THEY ARE CLEARLY NOT THE OLD CREW FROM A COUPLE YEARS BACK OR IT’S UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT ONE OR THE OTHER. The progress I made was HALF A** I’m steady saying 3 he’s telling me they will replace one and then He will see “if their tire guy is available to do the rest the day of service” ??? Why do I need a “tire guy” to fix ANYTHING when my wheels & tires are under a warranty I been very patient but today I SPEAK UP ENOUGH IS ENOUGH NOW. After all this time at least do the job right or don’t do it at all. Ugh!! They make me hate they are the only Chevy dealer in town.
