This is probably the easiest buying experience we have ever had. We worked with Gary Pate who was absolutely fantastic. We were looking for a specific vehicle, which actually wasn’t manufactured by Ford. We gave him an idea of what we wanted and two weeks later he delivered. He kept us updated in that timeframe. Very friendly staff. They were so helpful when my daughter needed a new car and made the co-buying process so easy. All I had to do was just come in and sign papers, it was all ready for me. Such easy going crew there at Landmark! A+ in my book!

I discovered this 2017 Honda Ridgeline while doing an online search. Jeremy responded to my request very promptly, and we ended up messaging back-and-forth for a few dyas. My wife and I were out of state for a few days, and when we returned home I contacted Jeremy to make sure it was still available. He answered immediately, and we stopped by the dealership the next day. We were very happy with the test drive, and ended up trading our '21 Bronco Sport for the Ridgeline that day. It wasn't in our plans, but we needed a vehicle with more hauling capability than the Bronco Sport. We loved the Bronco, but needed the ability to haul more cargo. As previous Honda owners, we were familiar with the reliability and quality, so didn't mind trading down a couple years. Jeremy worked with us throughout the whole process, and we never had to wait long periods for responses to any questions we asked. We would highy recommend the folks at Landmark Ford in Springfield to anyone looking for a vehicle.

The employees are always fabulous. I'm old school. I don't like digital. I prefer a handshake a straight look in the eye. I hate the "I'll have to check with my manager" and all the background crap. Tell me what the price is and let's move on! My experience of Mar. 10/11 was pretty decent, but I think I kept it on the rails. The vehicle seems fine, but it's a little early to tell. Would I do business there again? Yes, I guess, but like every car buying experience I'd dread it and hate it until it's over. A thumbs to the industry more than the people who have to work within it's parameters
