Very helpful Bought the car I wanted

Overall this location has a service center that has accommodating. Although after getting a shield under my car, I had technicians blame me for the reason their work wasn't completed effectively after I picked up my car (when they closed) and returned the next morning due to the shield not being securely on my car. After this incident I completed a survey that reflected my experience. Erin (whom I belive is a costumer service agent for the location) called me to apologize for the service. Erin offered me a free tire rotation and oil change and kept encouraging I complete the survey again and give them a better score. I complete the survey again (didn't not give them a perfect score since the original incident was not perfect although I provided a better score). When I got my oil done recently I asked for my free service in which the technician informed me that since I did not giving a perfect survey they won't give me a free service. I was frustrated because Erin did not say the free service was conditional to the perfect survey score. They are wanting FALSE and inaccurate scores in exchange for free services. I would HIGHLY recommend avoiding this location. Not only did I experience these incidence the work overall is average and costumer service needs to be reevaluated.

Here I am again 3 years later after my first bad experience. I see nothing has changed at this bogus Honda service department. I took my vehicle there for a vehicle recall to be repaired with everything working perfectly fine. Low and behold, I drive my car home and my husband noticed the driver side tailgate break light is out. The service department was closed at that time so I planned to call the next morning. I wake up to drop my daughter off low and behold my TPMS sensor is on with all tires blinking the exact same low psi number (which has never happened before ) and my tires are less than 6 months old. At this time I am furious 😠 I call the service department at 7am, I was told to bring the car back so they can take a look. I dropped my vehicle off after work explained what was happening a loaner vehicle was provided. I get a call the next morning stating there would be a $485 cost to repair the tail light because it was not thier fault it went out 😡 I was LIVID. He stated it was going to go out either way. Excuse Me! It was working fine before I brought it to your shop, no issues at all. But wait...the TPMS sensors were repaired at no cost because that is something that may have happend in the shop according to his explanation. ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! That was not apart of the recall you repaired "so u say " but it happend there. So you mean to tell me the tail light did not happend there 🤔 which it definitely did, but you want me to pay $485 for that..That is Absurd! I will not be going back, I've had enough. This service dept is after Money! I'm done! I will be reporting this place. I will just have to drive to another dealer in a different city to have recalls repaired...I am done with this place!

I would rate this dealership negative ten. They are pathetic and very unprofessional from top to bottom. Mistake I did that I spend on buying extra packaging when they are worst provider of regular services. When we decided to buy originally took test drive at bloomington but thought that it would be good to buy from Springfield for conveniently get after sale service.please don’t do the mistake I did and avoid this dealership. And last every time they say they will call you, they will never return the call even their GM.

We needed to take our vehicle here for an inspection. We had an appointment scheduled at 8:20am on May 7th, and received several confirmation texts regarding it. Here's what ended up happening: May 7th comes along, and after around 4 hours of waiting, we didn't hear anything about our vehicle. We tried calling them 4 times, and couldn't reach a representative. Some time later, they called us back, only to inform us that the supposed 8:20 "appointment" wasn't an appointment at all. Instead, it was just a "FaceTime session" so we could talk with someone about what was wrong with our 2015 Honda Civic (which makes no sense). After this confusing statement, they then proceded to tell us that they tried calling one of us and left a message (which didn't happen), and also spoke with another one of us about the vehicle (also didn't happen, as they don't even have his number on file). Then, after some back and forth, they then told us that they still haven't looked at the vehicle since we "technically" didn't set up an actual appointment yet. So in short, they lied to us about the appointment, the so-called FaceTime session, and about leaving messages and/or speaking with one of us already, all while being incredibly rude and impatient throughout all of it. Do NOT have your vehicle serviced here unless you want to deal with such an unpleasant situation.
