We were on our way from the St. Louis area to the greater Chicago metropolitan area on Monday, when the transmission in my 2018 Silverado started having issues. We pulled into Friendly Chevrolet, with a load down truck bed and Robbie started assisting us. After explaining to Robbie what was happening woth my truck and that we were in the middle of moving, he started helping on both fronts. He setup shuttle service from Friendly Chevrolet to the local U-Haul location for me to pick up moving truck and let my wife and I know about the train from Chicago to Springfield. He said that once the truck was fixed, we could take the train back and the shuttle would pick us up. I had a 9:30 appointment and my truck sat in the same spot on the service drive for 30 minutes before anyone worked on it. There was no communication from the service advisor during the service. I looked on my repair order when I left and saw that the technician recommomended an air filter, but the service advisor didn't even mention it to me. I will likely not be returning.
