Had such an amazing experience from the time I pulled up at Son Chevrolet in Columbus,Ga. Got out my truck and was greeted by Darren White, and he showed me around. I found a 2026 Chevy Silverado, and it was what my wife and I wanted. No hassles what so ever, the number were right and the deal was complete. I highly recommend going to Sons Chevrolet and meet and speak with Darren White for a new car or truck today. The entire staff was amazing , great service department as well. SONS Caddilac is the most impressive service department I have ever experienced. Clint Frost was the epitome of professionalism and customer service. The facilities for customers were outstanding and far surpasses any others I have seen locally. The skills demonstrated by the technicians are without peer. To say that I was extremely pleased with this service department would be an understatement. They have truly earned my life long business.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I recently paid over $2,100 to have my vehicle repaired. Initially, the repair was quoted at approximately $1,400, but after being told there was an additional issue involving the throttle body and a leak, I approved the extra repairs, bringing my total to more than $2,100. What concerns me is that only a few days after picking up my vehicle, I was informed that another issue had been found and that I would need to spend an additional $560. I was told that the technicians "always check behind their work," but if that is the case, why was this issue missed during the previous repairs and inspections? I brought my vehicle back because the problem was not fully resolved. As a customer who had just spent over $2,100, I do not believe I should be charged another diagnostic fee or expected to pay full price for additional repairs that may have been overlooked during the previous service visit. At the very least, there should have been some accountability, consideration, or discount offered. To make matters worse, I was encouraged to consider a payment option that would add interest to an already expensive repair bill. That is unacceptable when I am returning because the original repair did not completely address the problem. I trusted Sons Chevrolet to properly diagnose and repair my vehicle. Instead, I am left questioning the quality of the work performed and feeling like I am being asked to pay repeatedly for issues that should have been identified and addressed the first time. Customers deserve transparency, accountability, and quality service, especially after spending thousands of dollars in repairs.
