Gil's Auto Sales

Hello everyone I just want to share my amazing experience with Gils Auto in Columbus Ga. I bought a jeep wrangler about 4 years ago from these guys and from service to payment assistance they went above and beyond to assist me. Well, its time tp pay off my jeep and they reach out about upgrading etc etc. I went down excited to just get disappointed I wasnt able to because i moved out of their area. I continue to look for a truck for several weeks afterwards and witnessed some of the absolute worse service ive ever seen in this cut throat business of car sales. i visited drive time, car mart, dealerships still to no avail they over promise and short to deliver. Anyway out of the blue a salesperson out of Gils in Columbus called me and asked me if I was still interested in a truck..? The sales persons name is GABBY!!!! remember that name because she dug in and fought for me. I explained her what i was told and she asked my permission to go to bat for me. Not thinking much of it I said go ahead. Well GABBY called me back and told me what she needed that there was a good chance to get what i wanted. I finally got all my paperwork required and she happened to be off that day. No worries Mr. Dale called me, sales manager, and asked if i wanted a truck still? i said yes i do BUT,, He cut me off and said no but, if you want the truck you will get a truck just come on down lets get it done!!!! Now this is 330 in the afternoon not only did he wait for me when i arrived I was treated like a ViP. He kept thanking me for paying off my jeep and how he valued my patronage AND wants more of my business. NOW, THATS HOW YOU TREAT A CUSTOMER!!!! OK, OK, now i know im just rambling but damn what a huge turn around and what a AWESOME customer experience. As far a my veh. not only did Mr.Dale and Ms Gabby find me the perfect truck for me they made it price in my range with absolute no buyers remorse.. The main reason im bragging on MY dealership when you experience what i just did and got actually better than i would pick out. WHY NOT BRAG!!! IF YOU NEED A CAR GO SEE GABBY BECAUSE IF THERE IS AWAY TO GET YOU IN A NICE VEHICLE HER AND MR. DALE WILL FIND AWAY TO GET YOU IN IT AND MAKE YOU THE TRUE VIP YOU SHOULD BE.

Mr. Jeff was amazing! Very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. We came in and told him what we had to work with and he was able to get us in the car we wanted same day. Don’t walk…RUN to Gil’s and shop with Jeff Jackson!!!
