I had good customer service in purchasing my Hyundai Kona. I came one day to look and they had the car I was interested in. I drove it and loved it. I also test drove a Tuscon. Loved it too, but it was bigger and outbof my price range. My salesperson, Daulton was Awesome! I felt like I been knowing him for years based on our conversations we had. I came back the next week and was the same Awesome person. He eased my worries eith the financing. The whole experience at Autonation was wonderful! He even emailed me the other day to see how I was doing.

Paperwork was mostly done through text messages and email. Everything went very smooth selling my 2022 BMW X5 to him. Highly recommend using this company for future purchases and sales. Courtney was hands down extremely helpful with our 2017 santa fe. Never tried to push the recommendations outside the initial concern. If you're looking for a honest service dept outside of warranty this is it. I will gladly travel 60miles from newnan to get the remarkable service from this staff

I almost never leave negative reviews. If something goes wrong, I believe in speaking directly with management and giving businesses the opportunity to improve. Over the course of three years, I gave this dealership multiple opportunities to do exactly that. Unfortunately, each experience reinforced the same pattern: poor communication, lack of attention to detail, and repeated operational failures. The first experience came when we were ready to purchase a new Hyundai. We had already researched the vehicle, test driven it at their dealership, knew the exact trim we wanted, had the title to our trade-in with us, and were prepared to complete the purchase that day. Instead of selling us the vehicle we repeatedly said we wanted, the salesperson continued trying to redirect us toward other vehicles for well over an hour. Eventually, we left without purchasing anything. It wasn't because we changed our minds, but because no one seemed willing to listen to our needs and simply complete the purchase we had come to make. Ironically, I ultimately flew to another state, purchased the exact vehicle from a dealership I had never previously visited, and drove it home. That entire trip could have been avoided. The second experience involved a warranty repair for the driver's seat motor during the first year of ownership. What should have been a straightforward warranty repair turned into multiple appointments involving repeated part failures, ordering mistakes, damage to the driver's door during service, forgotten replacement parts, a replacement panel that arrived broken, and several return visits before the issue was finally resolved. I genuinely wish I were exaggerating. Mistakes happen. What frustrated me was not that mistakes occurred, but that the same execution issues kept repeating. Finally **and most significantly**, we brought the vehicle in for an oil change and inspection immediately before our family's cross-country military move. To their credit, AutoNation was gracious about rescheduling our original appointment after military out-processing delayed us. We appreciated that flexibility and arrived early for our rescheduled appointment to honor their time. Unfortunately, according to the Hyundai dealership that ultimately repaired our vehicle, the oil drain plug had not been properly reinstalled during that service. See attached photo. While driving through Alabama just days later, the drain plug came out, the engine lost its oil, and our one-year-old vehicle came to a stop on the interstate during a tropical storm with our entire family, including our pets, hundreds of miles from anyone we knew. That single service error turned a routine military move into a dangerous roadside emergency. I don't write this review out of anger. I write it because, after three years of giving this dealership opportunities to improve, this final incident demonstrated that the underlying issues had never truly been addressed. I sincerely hope management uses this feedback to strengthen training, quality control, and accountability so another family doesn't experience what ours did.
