We came in just to browse. AutoNation was one of several stops on our list, and we were only window shopping at the time. What stood out immediately was that we were allowed to look around without a salesperson following us or giving a sales pitch. After browsing the lot, we made our way inside and were greeted by Jasmine. She was welcoming from the start without being overbearing. Her communication skills are top notch. We told her what we were looking for, and the very first vehicle she showed us was under budget and had everything we needed, plus more. We also had our 10-year-old daughter with us because we never expected to actually buy that day. While my husband and I discussed details, Jasmine kept our daughter entertained and made her feel so comfortable and included. She showed her so much kindness and attention, which did not go unnoticed. A huge thank you as well to Rob and Walter for working the numbers and helping us get into a vehicle with a payment we can actually live with. I won’t lie, I was nervous about taking on a car note again. We’ve gone five years without one, and with how expensive everything is these days, the thought of adding a car payment back into our budget was intimidating. They took the time to explain everything, answer our questions, and helped make the process feel a lot less stressful. The entire experience was relaxed, pressure-free, and enjoyable. At no point did we feel pushed into something we didn’t want. I’ve only used this dealership twice but both times drop off has been seamless and quick. I always deal with Mr. Cullen and he is always courteous and helpful. The technicians are through, I had an issue with my tpms after a tire rotation and they had no issue having me bring it by without an appt to get it squared away. They also don’t push or pressure you into extra services, they will just show it was recommended based on mileage and condition of your vehicle. They have taken great care of my jeep both times it was there.

Jasmine made this whole experience amazing. I have always hated car shopping of any kind. She made this experience fun. Her bright happy and cheerful personality was on point for me. If yall are in need of a vehicle without a lot stalker and the ability to tell someone what you are looking for etc she is your girl. Very attentative and excited. I really want to thank everyone at auto nations 300 North Columbus Parkway especially my girl Jasmine,They really took They time to find me a very nice and dependable ride and something with in my budget, They pulled a few strings and I really appreciate them for doing everything in They power to get me in a ride. The only reason I'm not putting this at 1 star is because I have never bought a car from this dealership. The services department is extremely unhelpful, rude, and mildly unprofessional. I booked an appointment online to get a code scan, they didn't attempt to run the code, not a mechanic, but I fixed a hole in my tire and removed the wheel, kept the vehicle on, and it was more than likely a communication error, but I just wanted to make sure. Told me I needed to leave it for a minimum of 24hrs and they would possibly get to it, offered no loaner vehicle or anything and what they thought was a reasonable excuse was to tell me that they took in too many cars and are still dealing with the overflow. Car is still under factory warranty and they just blinked like that didn't matter to them. I ran it down the street to the AutoNation on victory drive, was in and out in under 5 minutes. They ran the code and surprise surprise, it was a simple communication error and was an easy clear. Horrible service department at this location specifically. If you want better service, go down to the autonation on victory drive and talk to Scott. He'll keep it honest with you and go through every possible scenario to help you out.
