They are doing a great job in the service department. I really like that they hired a nice lady (I think Carmen is her name) to oversee the phone lines and recalls vs using Ai. Ai has it's place, but you can't replace a human in some things. All of the service personnel are great I have dealt with all of them, but my main two guys is Andy and Trevor. They truly try to honor appointment times and they keep you informed during the process, the new service manager is way more attentive to your issues than the last one. Quality place to do your services!

To the Management Team at AutoNation Columbus, I am writing to share my recent experience purchasing a vehicle through your dealership. After shopping online and encountering several dealers who were unhelpful, working with Reggie Stutson was a breath of fresh air. He truly listened to what I was looking for and put the deal together without any hassle. I am incredibly pleased with his service. I also want to recognize Tye Weldon. He went out of his way to suggest a financing alternative that allowed me to take advantage of an AHFC rebate, saving me money I wasn't even expecting to save. Finally, I would like to thank Michael Francis in the finance department. He was very professional and ensured the process was quick and efficient. Although it was a six-hour drive from my home to your dealership, the exceptional service I received from Reggie, Tye, and Michael made it well worth the trip. I would like to recognize Ms. Tabitha Lightsey at Honda Service Center for outstanding service and professionalism. She has consistently supported me with both my 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan and Honda CR-V maintenance. She provides clear quotes, accurate recommendations, and keeps me informed throughout the entire process. Most recently, she assisted with coordinating towing, diagnostics, and ongoing repairs while maintaining constant communication and fast response time. Excellent customer service and professionalism—highly recommended.

Bought a 2015 Nissan Altima here, 2 days later the transmission went out, had to have it towed back to the dealership and serviced, great staff though. I will be keeping the car after they get it fixed, but overall not a great experience here, and safe to say I know a lot more about CVT transmission now because of this.

It takes far too long to get someone to answer the phone, and when you finally do reach someone, you’re often placed on hold only for the call to end unexpectedly. This reflects poorly on the dealership’s customer service. More customer service representatives are clearly needed to properly assist customers. Based on this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere where customers are treated with more respect and professionalism.
