My experience at Kia Columbus was absolutely wonderful! My salesperson, Zachary, was honest, welcoming, and truly cared about making sure I had a great experience. You can tell that the people at Kia Columbus genuinely care about their customers. My finance manager, Robert, was uplifting, funny, and made the entire financing process smooth and stress-free. They had me in my new car in about an hour! If you’re looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend Kia Columbus. The staff is amazing, the customer service is outstanding, and the cars are incredible. Thank you, Zachary and Robert, for making this such a great experience!

I had an amazing experience with Kia Autosport of Columbus. My daughter’s 2022 K5 was totaled due to the fault of another driver. And because the car performed so well in the accident and kept her as the driver and her little brother in the backseat so safe, I was in the market to get her another one. I searched all over Georgia and put multiple inquiries in at Kia dealerships. After multiple interactions with lazy salespeople and hours long wait times for responses from other dealerships, I called in and got David Horne on the phone. David EARNED my business. He showed care and empathy, took videos and pictures, responded right away- even at 10pm (sorry David), knew the cars and programs and THEN personally delivered it to me at work 2.5 hours away. I didn’t get a Kia, but I did get this car here at the Kia dealer. Gavin was my contact at the Kia dealer. He literally treated me like I was his grandmother because I am 63 and walked me through how to do everything on the car before I left. It was absolutely an awesome experience, especially when I was going from a car that I had for 12 years to the new Verison that I’ve got now a lot of bells and whistles to learn🫶😇🦋🤩😍🙏

The service at Kia was top notch! My salesman Zach was very patient and kind with me. He didn't rush me to make a decision and he ensured I was happy throughout the entire process. I would definitely refer others to visit Zach at Kia!
