I had the best car shopping experience in my life with Group 1 Toyota Rivertown!! I don't say that lightly but from the first contact to a few months after the purchase have exceeded any expectations. I was out of state but saw a truck on their site and Jonah was quick to respond and super detailed videos and pictures through the whole process. They delivered the truck to my front door and it was exactly as the described. The sales manager Brittany was just as amazing as Jonah and couldn't be happier. They have continued to stay in contact just to see how I'm liking the truck. Amazing service and will contact them again when looking to purchase another vehicle.

My husband and I recently purchased a 2026 Toyota Tundra from Group 1 Toyota Rivertown and Vanessa was our salesperson. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. If you’re ready to spend your day in their waiting room or go a weekend without your vehicle for routine maintenance or basic repairs then this is your place. I try to do all services through Toyota, but this dealership makes it hard, with oil changes that consistently take 3 plus hours, or if your appointment is at 7am don’t expect to get out until 11 or noon. And warranty work will take forever to get done or may never get done. I went in yesterday at 7am for an oil change, tire rotation/balance, brake flush, alignment and warranty work. Was told it would be complete around 12-1pm, I had to call my service advisor at 3:30pm and they told me it was waiting on paper work, then I went in at 5:30pm before close and it was all finished, but I was never notified. And further more they did not secure the drain plug cover in my skid plate and now the bolt is missing so can’t wait to pay for that and I’m missing a spacer and stripped bolt in my skid plate. So how can I even be sure the work I’m paying for is even done correctly or being done at all? Further more I’ve brought my vehicle in for noisy rear suspension, was told by multiple service advisors that sometimes it’s just noisy or that nothing was seen. Finally after bringing it up for the 5th time they had me come in and they “identified” the squeak, took my vehicle in multiple time over the course of 6-7weeks. Then after being told it was “fixed” I brought it back in for the same reason cause they only replaced one side and my service advisor told me “I figured you’d be back, we would have fixed the other side but since it’s warranty work it has to be identified by you” which is a wild statement, acknowledging that it wasn’t fixed but hoped I wouldn’t have noticed it. Anyways after two months of waiting on parts, them keeping my vehicle for three days over a weekend with no updates or letting me know it was going to stay the weekend, the squeak is still not fixed. As a service member whose free time is limited and extremely valuable, it’s frustrating that this Toyota is the closest to me. At this point I’ve considered going to Auburn or Montgomery Toyota where I bought the vehicle, it may take the same time but At least I will hopefully receive better service.
