I had a great experience at Fort Nissan of Columbus. The entire team was welcoming, friendly, and so patient. My salesperson, Ms. Bessie Williams, was absolutely wonderful, she made the whole car purchasing process quick, simple, and stress free. She was always readily available to answer any questions that I had. I also appreciate her calling me days later to check on how my new car was doing. The finance department also worked hard to get me the best deal possible on my 2026 Nissan Kicks, and I am so grateful. I would also like to note that my two toddlers were able to walk around comfortably and several team members interacted with them, talked to them, and even offered them snacks while we waited during our visit. Fort Nissan is kid friendly, family oriented, and has an awsome team of people who genuinely care.
