The environment is clean and approachable. The carmax employees are professional and ready to assist. They have a kids corner for kids to play in and it entertained my kids for an hour, I could see them while we worked with the sales consultant. We worked with Brandon and he was outstanding at giving us space and also answering our questions. Very professional.

I absolutely love Car Max!! As soon as I walked in their hospitality was great! Everyone was so friendly. Michael Manago was my salesman... He went above and beyond. To help me to pick out the right car. Also Charles in the business center help Michael Manago with finalizing the paperwork, he also took me to my car 😊 I also met Melanie in the service department... She's so knowledgeable she just really made it easy though I had a minor issue. It was resolved in minutes. Car Max is the best used car dealership. They also give us the Car Fax on their car's.

The sales person that helped me was awesome. It was a very low stress environment which is what prompted my wife and I to buy my truck from them. We were also able to drive away with the truck the same day we went in. I highly recommend buying your vehicle from CarMax if you're in the market for a used vehicle.

Everyone was wonderful. It was really truly a pleasant streamlined experience. They were very kind and all authenticity after having a bad experience at another dealer I was terrified at times if I made the right decision, but they all listen and we’re patient with me and I definitely we buy another car from them if I ever needed to. I do feel though that they go on the little high side there’s no dickering and that is the only reason I gave four stars because everything else the service the sales was all great. It was awesome, but I did get the car of my dreams. They have made sure that everything is good with it answered all my . I’m thankful for this group of people and for the car that I purchased

I expected much better from @CarMax. I purchased a vehicle that I later discovered had undisclosed rodent damage, including rodent-chewed wiring and insulation. Because of that undisclosed damage, I returned the vehicle. The problems started on day one. The vehicle was delivered to me in an unacceptable condition, and I had to pay $200 out of my own pocket to have it professionally detailed. CarMax agreed to reimburse me for that expense, but I have still not received that reimbursement. It has now been 9 days since I returned the vehicle, and I’m still waiting for my refund. Despite multiple contacts with CarMax, I still don’t have my money or a firm date for when I’ll receive it. This has been an extremely disappointing experience—from receiving a dirty vehicle, to discovering undisclosed rodent-chewed wiring and insulation, to waiting for both my promised $200 reimbursement and my refund. CarMax, please honor your commitments, process my refund immediately, reimburse the detailing expense you promised to cover, and make this right.
